Dapper Man of the Month for February

Our dapper man this month is none other than the infamous Tom Hardy. He is an English actor and producer born in 15 September 1977 in Hammersmith, London. His career began at the age of 21 in 1998 when he won a modelling contract in The Big Breakfast's Find Me a Supermodel competition and he then joined the Drama Centre London. Hardy had to leave the Drama Centre early because he got the part of US Army Private John Janovec in the BBC TV series Band of Brothers.

Golden Globes 2017

This years Golden Globes were held on Sunday 8th January at the Beverly Hilton, Los Angeles, California and hosted by Jimmy Fallon who is an American comedian and television presenter well known for hosting the tonight show.

The Golden Globes Awards recognise excellence in film and television from the previous year. They are an accolade given by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, a non-profit group of about 90 journalists and photographers who report on the entertainment industry in America mainly from outside the country. The First ever Golden Globes was held in 1944 at the 20th Century Fox Studios to celebrate the films from 1943. The money made from the ceremony is donated to entertainment related charities and used to fund scholarships for future film and TV professionals.

There are always a huge variety of amazing outfits on display at any Hollywood award ceremony and this years Golden Globes definitely did not disappoint.

Aaron Taylor Johnson who won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in Film in the movie Nocturnal Animals, looked very dashing on the red carpet wearing a pair of black trousers, white shirt and a black velvet dinner jacket with a large black bow tie and a white pocket square.

Dapper Man of The Month for December

Jenson Button is our dapper man this month, he is a Formula One driver for McLaren-Honda. Jenson Alexander Lyons Button was born in Frome, Somerset on 19 January 1980 and now lives in Monaco with properties in the UK and Bahrain. He is the son of  John Button who was a rally drive well known in the UK during the 1970's.

Jenson loved racing since he was young, he liked racing BMX bikes as a child and then started kart racing at the Clay Pigeon Raceway when he turned 8 years old. At the age of 9 he won the British Super Prix.

He went on to have a very successful start as a kart racer and was the youngest person ever to win the European Super A Championship. At the age of 18 he then moved onto car racing and won multiple races including the British Formula Ford Championship and the Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch. At the end of the year he became a member of the Williams Formula 1 team making him Britain's youngest ever Formula 1 driver.
